The production line for door processing machines, based to the decision to cooperate with the Max Mayer Company, is covered common now. Both partners, SMM and MAKA, are offering door processing machines which are working by feeding the parts through the machine. The variations of this double side acting machines are constructed to meet the "actual" customers needs, for example with CNC controlled adjustments and processies, automatic mounting for hinges and other parts by the use of drum magazines and many other variations.

By the use in multiple station installations it is possible to result in high flexibility and power. For conrolling by CNC we use always the products from the NUM Company ( for example the "1060 CNC" ), which are always equipped with a special dialogue program for the door processing ( inclusive graphical support ).

The following automatic machine SE 250 DS is used in the industry for drilling and shaping at locks and hinges.
